Here's a revolutionary idea. Imagine if, next tim Here's a revolutionary idea.

Imagine if, next time you had a question about making an eco-friendly swap you could ask an actual human!

Imagine if you needed to know whether a brand was genuinely sustainable, you wouldn't have to double check the answer you'd been given (as you should with AI)

Imagine having someone with current advice to go to for help.

Hi! 👋

One of my favourite sayings is "there's a better One of my favourite sayings is

"there's a better option for everything you buy"

And I know your mind has immediately gone to 'but it will cost me more money'

While that can be the case with organic food or some natural beauty products, it's definitely not the case for every eco-friendly purchase.

When I decided to start this business, my main intention was to make living more sustainably as affordable as possible.

I quickly identified 4 areas where we can all save money in our lives-

➡️ Buying preloved / reconditioned is easier than ever
➡️ Reducing energy (in many ways you won't have thought of - look out for tomorrows post. 😉)
➡️ Switching to reusables - a small intital investment where savings build up over time
➡️ Reducing food waste - a really key area as the impacts of the extreme weather is hitting global food production hard

So, yes there is money to be saved - and it could be quite substantial.

Maybe then we can apply 'financial offsetting' - using some of those savings to introduce a couple of organic products in to your food shop, or a toxin free nail polish remover (it is a thing!). It's your choice.

Whatever your priority, my RAMP up your Sustainability program is built to flex to fit in with your lifestyle and your budget.

My next intake launches in 2 weeks, so it's the perfect time to chat about how this works for you.

Drop me a 👍 in the comments and I'll do the rest.

This week, I'm bringing you a powerful reminder th This week, I'm bringing you a powerful reminder that there are good people out there!

And maybe not in the places you'd expect.

I want to share about the work of legendary singer songwriter Nile Rodgers.

We know him best for his anthem 'We are Family'

24 years ago, he created the 'We are Family Foundation' in New York City in the wake of the 9/11 attacks.

The foundation specifically recognises, funds and mentors youth leaders who work to bring about positive change. He's even taken youth delegation to the UN General Assembly and COP.

It's also funded 16 elementary schools in Mali, Malawi, Nepal and Nicaragua in partnership with the international non-profit, buildOn. Young people from seventy countries have benefited from the foundation's programs.

The UK branch of his youth foundation has been supporting an initiative for teens to get involved in restoring and maintaining Faughan Valley in Northern Ireland, alongside the @woodlandtrust It's been a vital project in building confidence and creating a community of teens looking for connections with nature.

And Nile himself turned up at Faughan Valley to meet them - a genuine example of a legend.

A powerful reminder that individuals can make a positive difference.

THIS is what lights me up. This morning, I had th THIS is what lights me up.

This morning, I had the huge pleasure of sharing a talk with the Wellbeing Collective - a group of fabulous people brought together by the wonderful @lisa_j_richardson

I spoke about where there are hidden toxins in our skincare and our homes (sadly many more than you realise) and shared simple ways we can go about reducing them.

It sparked a few interesting conversations with these wellbeing professionals. There were lots of nodding heads and shared experiences too. I have to admit, I felt the pressure to bring something new to this group who already had a lot of knowledge in the wellness space - but it seems I succeeded.

Answering questions for an engaged, interested audience fills me with joy.

Have you considered what toxins may be lurking in your home?

Do you suffer with allergies and would like to start reducing potential sources?

Or would you just like the knowledge that you are protecting your families health as much as possible?

Drop me a 'tell me more' in the comments below and I'll get in touch to arrange a chat.

I have a favour to ask... One that will save you I have a favour to ask...

One that will save you time and go a huge amount towards reducing your impact.

PLEEEEEAAASE stop with the AI 80s image creation. In fact all of the AI image fads.

I could go further and suggest you reduce your use of AI to a bare minimum.

The boom in AI use has required the construction of massive new data centres.
Data centres host ALL of the information used to create the imagery and answers you ask of it.

And data centres come with a huge demand.

They demand energy from the grid to power the vast hard drives they store.

They also require obscene amounts of water, 3 to 7 thousand litres of water every single day. Per data centre.

Remember we're just off the back of 2 long dry summers (and many of us are still under drought conditions now)

If you read in to the impact these data centres have on communities they're built near - water pressure is significantly affected.

So I beg of you, if you have to use AI, please use it wisely. Use it sparingly. And be concise with your prompts as every extra word you add requires additional energy to process.

All our actions and choices have an impact on this planet. We need to choose them carefully, as if our lives depend on it. Because they do.

There's so much you can be doing to help our planet, that doesn't take much headspace or require you to spend money you don't have.

I'm here to help. Drop me a 💚 below and I'll share the details.

Let's play a quick game... I have a quiz prepared Let's play a quick game...

I have a quiz prepared for you.
A sort of quiz anyway, as I've also given you the answers.

Qu1
What difference can I make when it comes to climate change, I'm just 1 person?

Just imagine if 8 billion of us decided we'd do what we could.. then imagine where we'd be if we all decided to do nothing (you probably don't want, and I don't blame you)

Qu2
What difference can I make as I don't think I can afford it?
I've built a whole program designed to save as much money as possible. There are areas where that's not possible, but think energy saving, buying preloved, switching to reusables and reducing food waste - these will all save you a lot of money. Any savings could then be used to invest in some of the areas you feel are currently out of reach.

Qu3
What's the point when I'm not prepared to give up flying or go vegan?

My RAMP up your Sustainability program focuses on small changes to everyday habits - we look at what fits in with your current routine, so anything you introduce sticks. Consistent changes become your new habits and these build up to a significant impact over time.

Qu4
I don't have the time or headspace for this right now so I can't make a difference can I?
RAMP requires just 1hr of your time a month. It's been designed specifically for busy women. I am one, so I know what's realistic.

Qu5
What if I can't make all the changes in the program as I am so busy?
There's absolutely no expectation for you to make every single change. My hope is you'll take whatever works for you and make those changes stick. There is no judgement.
You also receive notes after every monthly session, so you'll always have these to refer back to.

Qu6
Where can I sign up?!
Drop me a message saying you're interested in knowing more and I'll send you a link to book a chat. There's a lot more support than mentioned above.

As the saying goes
"the best time to act on climate change was 30 years ago, the next best time to act is now"

I'd like to introduce you to someone... I've know I'd like to introduce you to someone...

I've known this lady a few years now - and from the first time I heard her speak, she made an impact on me.

Her story is incredibly powerful and she's living proof that the work she does makes a genuine difference, so she now uses her skills to help others.

I'm thrilled to share the Meeta Darji is joining me this Friday at 1pm for our Free online session on Future Proofing for you and your Business.

Here's why @naturallynourishedwithmeeta uses a science backed method you may never have heard of-

Ten years ago, I was involved in a horrific car accident that had a huge impact on my life. In the aftermath, I experienced panic attacks, intense anxiety and overwhelm, and at times it felt like fear was taking over. I discovered EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or 'tapping' and it was incredibly powerful for me. It helped me calm the panic, regulate my nervous system and process the emotional impact of what I had experienced. Most importantly, it gave me my life back.

That experience was so transformative that I trained to become an EFT Practitioner, and it has become a fundamental part of the work I now do.

Today, as a Mindset & Mental Resilience Coach & Speaker, I help people navigate fear, stress and uncertainty by giving them practical tools to regulate their nervous system and change the way they respond to difficult circumstances. And I think that is particularly relevant when it comes to climate anxiety. We can't individually control what is happening to our planet and we can't predict exactly what the future will look like for ourselves, our children or future generations. But we can learn how to hold those fears without allowing them to overwhelm us.

What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or tapping, is a science-backed technique that helps calm the body's stress response and shift the emotional intensity around thoughts, beliefs and experiences.

If you're feeling a little helpless, not knowing what to do about the rising fear you have about our changing climate, this was created for you.

It's too important to miss, a recording will be available afterwards.
Honestly! I tried to post this last week, but IG d Honestly!
I tried to post this last week, but IG decided it didn't want to share the words I spent ages preparing for you.

So this little guy is back - along with the actual goodness I wanted to bring you!

Here's a vital reminder there is progress on climate and nature issues being made, we just don't get to hear about it.

👉 France has started imposing fees on fast fashion items which could reach almost €20 per garment by 2030, as the government tries to curb sales of cheap clothing sold by e-commerce sites. The French minister Mathieu Lefevre said the "harmful effects of ultra-fast fashion" on the environment and economy were "well known".

👉 A former dairy farm in North Somerset, England, is to be transformed into a new climate-resilient wetlands and nature reserve by a wildlife charity. Ebdon Farm near Wick St Lawrence has been purchased by the Avon Wildlife Trust after the organisation received a £5m grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
The trust stated that turning the nature-depleted 44-acre site into a haven for wildlife represents the largest initiative it has ever undertaken.

👉 The population of the world’s heaviest parrot, the much-loved kākāpō, has surpassed 300 birds for the first time in 75 years, after a record breeding season triggered by the mass fruiting of a native New Zealand tree.

Please share these with anyone who needs a little pick me up.

Thank you.
In times of disaster, look for the heroes. I can' In times of disaster, look for the heroes.

I can't remember when or where I first heard this phrase, possibly after the 7/7 attacks in London, but these words have always stuck with me.

So, to remember that day, 25 years ago, when nearly 3000 people lost their lives, I wanted to share this story, of Rick Rescorla, who single handedly stopped that figure from being so much worse.

British-born retired Army officer Rick Rescorla worked in the south tower of the World Trade Center. He had been working at the north tower when it was bombed by terrorists in 1993 and had helped people evacuate the damaged building then. Rescorla believed a similar attack could happen again—and that the next time might be worse.

After the first plane struck the north tower, Rescorla used a bullhorn to order everyone in his office to leave. His co-workers knew exactly what to do—Rescorla had been practicing safety drills with them for years. To keep people calm in the stairwell, he sang the same songs he had once crooned to cheer up his fellow soldiers during the Vietnam War.

Rescorla led nearly 2,700 of his employees to safety before the towers collapsed. But he wouldn’t leave until he was sure everyone had escaped. Rescorla was last seen on the 10th floor of the south tower heading upstairs, looking for more people to save. His body was never found.

This man will always be a hero.

Remembering all the victims, 25 years on.
Something a little different from me... I'm talki Something a little different from me...

I'm talking money.

More specifically if carbon was money, so bear with me...

We know how much money we have in our bank accounts. We know how much money we have to spend and we budget accordingly.

Well, we also know how much carbon we can 'spend' before putting ourselves in real trouble. And let's just say, we're at the end of our overdraft.

And very soon, we'll start incurring extra charges. It all sounds very bleak doesn't it? And I'm not going to lie, I'm sh*t scared.

But what matters now, is that we reduce how much carbon we spend as quickly as possible. Every single 'pound' of carbon saved matters.

If you're waiting for the signal to start panicking it's here. It's now. And you absolutely must translate that panic in to urgent action.

At the weekend, I watched a gorgeous documentary called Power Station. The film documents the actions of 1 couple who decided to turn their street in Walthamstow in to a power station. Their aim was to crowdfund to raise money for solar panels. It's a story of resilience and tenacity, but also 1 of community spirit.

It's the perfect reminder that we don't see the actions others are taking. We've no idea just how many of our colleagues, friends, even relatives are taking steps to reduce their impact.

Power Station is a powerful watch - and may well be just the inspiration you need.

And as soon as you're ready to take action, come and talk to me.

Let me help you avoid the overwhelm.
Forget the thoughts of 'where do I start?' 'what difference can I make? and ' I probably can't afford it anyway'

The reason I called my business ECO for ALL is because I firmly believe every single 1 of us can make a difference.

So let's do this. Now.

Drop a 💚 in the comments and I'll get in touch to set up a conversation.
Always remember, you are part of the solution.

Let's talk rubbish. For the last 8 years, I've b Let's talk rubbish.

For the last 8 years, I've bought as much as I possibly could from my local zero waste store.

Aside from it being more affordable than you realise (you're not paying fancy packaging after all) - you're able to just buy the quantities you need, meaning you waste less money throwing away out of date food.

And the customer service is always next level. These independent small businesses are run by incredibly helpful folk so it's always a pleasure shopping from them.

But ultimately, the main reason they set up business, is to help us reduce the amount we throw away.

According to Statista we each throw away around 400kg of rubbish each year.

The contents of your bin has to be collected and is then either dumped in landfill, or more frequently now, sent to be incinerated.

We pay for this service - for our plastic waste to be burned. Why wouldn't we do what we can to just throw less away?

This week is officially Zero Waste week, surely the perfect time to seek out your local zero waste store and experience the friendliest customer service there is?

And before you go, save a few cereal bags, bread bags or spread tubs to bring back your goodies in - these are much lighter to transport home before decanting in to jars.

Let me know how you get on.
